●License Overview:
This is a paid license that allows you to request one karaoke song that is not uploaded to the YouTube EdKara channel . EdKara will create a karaoke video of the requested song, It will be released on the EdKara channel .
*Please be sure to inquire using the designated form before purchasing to confirm whether the song you wish to request can be produced or not (please note that we may not be able to produce some songs).

・Refunds : Refunds are not available for reasons of the user. *If we are unable to produce and release the video within 25 business days of purchase due to reasons on our part, such as health reasons of the production staff, we will provide a full refund. (There will be no refunds if the video becomes private, deleted, unavailable, or the public URL is changed due to the termination of YouTube's service after the video of the requested song, a change in specifications, or other reasons beyond our control.)

●Delivery items:
None - A license is a right to request, and is an intangible product. There is no physical deliverable. We will create a karaoke video of the requested song and publish it on the YouTube EdKara channel to complete the service. (After publishing the karaoke video of the requested song, the video may become private, deleted, or unavailable, or the public URL may change due to the termination of YouTube's service, changes in specifications, or other reasons beyond our control, but the service will be completed when the video is first published.) In addition, no rights, such as copyrights or ownership rights, related to the sound source or video will be transferred to the user.
Refund:
As a general rule, no refunds are allowed. Refunds are not allowed due to user reasons. *Example 1 of a non-refundable item: The finished video of the requested song (accuracy of the cover, pitch, lyric subtitles, design, etc.) was different from what was expected.
*Example 2 of a non-refundable item: You purchased the item without inquiring beforehand.
・If we are unable to produce and release the video within 25 business days of purchase due to reasons on our part, such as health reasons of the production staff, we will provide a full refund (refunds will be processed between 26 and 30 business days after purchase).
-If you paid by credit card, the refund timing will be based on the terms of use of your card company.
-If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us using this form . We will process your payment within 5 business days of receiving your payment (the timing of your refund will depend on the bank's terms of use).

● Usage procedure (from purchase to use)
・STEP 0. Advance enquiry
Please make an inquiry (to confirm whether the item can be produced) using the designated form before purchasing.
・STEP 1. Production availability confirmation email (within 2 business days)
You will receive a response by email from us. If it says that we can make it, please proceed to STEP 2 (if we cannot make it, we will not reply with the reason. Thank you for your understanding in advance).
・STEP 2. User registration and login
Please create an EdKara Store account (user registration) here .
*EdKara Store uses the e-commerce system " Shopify (including its third parties; the same applies to the " Shopify " notation from this page onwards). In accordance with " Shopify " specifications, contract management is carried out using user registration, so user registration is required prior to purchase.
*Nicknames are not allowed. User registration is related to purchases (contracts), so please register with your real name. You must also enter your address.
*If you have already registered as a user, please log in here and proceed to the next step.
・STEP 3. Purchase (within 2 days of receiving the stock confirmation email)

* The purchase deadline is 2 days from the confirmation email of production availability. If the deadline is exceeded, the reply that production is possible will be canceled.
*Purchases (including quantity selection) can be made using the button at the top of this page or the button/menu in the banner at the bottom of the screen.
* Only one can be purchased at a time (this is due to the system in which one order ID and one license are managed in pairs. Thank you for your understanding).
・STEP 4. Production and video release
It will be produced within 25 business days after purchasing the license and will be published on the Youtube EdKara channel .
●Other important points:
・Shopify 's EC system is used to provide the license. The behavior of the system is subject to Shopify 's specifications. Shopify 's specifications and terms of use may change from time to time. Users agree to this.
・EdKara is the account holder of the Youtube channel " EdKara " and has outsourced its operation and some of its related business to Biahada Department Store Co., Ltd. (Music Division: Biahada Records). Licensing business is carried out by Biahada Department Store Co., Ltd.
・Even during the contract period, if EdKara judges that the usage is against public order and morals or is otherwise inappropriate and notifies the user to that effect, the user shall immediately discontinue use without raising any objections. Furthermore, EdKara and our company shall not be held liable in any way for any damage suffered by the user as a result.
*Even during the contract period, requested songs may be hidden, deleted, muted, etc., and may become temporarily or permanently unavailable due to changes in specifications or service terminations of third parties, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the user shall not raise any objections. Furthermore, EdKara and our company shall not be held responsible in any way.
*The User is required to confirm the content of the hyperlinks on this page before making a purchase.
* In principle, EdKara will contact users regarding the provision of licenses using an email address with the edkara.jp domain. Please set your email software in advance so that it does not reject emails (however, due to Shopify specifications, emails may be sent from a different email address).
・EdKara may contact the user to confirm the usage status or for other purposes (if an agent or trustor purchases the service and there is no reply to our contact with the agent or trustor, we may contact the singer, talent, or artist who actually uses the service). In such cases, the user must respond in good faith without delay. If the user's response is contrary to public order and good morals and dishonest, such as if there is no response from the user despite multiple contacts or even after a certain grace period has passed, EdKara may investigate the usage status or take other measures that EdKara deems necessary. In such cases, EdKara may claim damages from the user for expenses incurred by EdKara (including but not limited to labor costs and other actual expenses).
・We may take immediate legal action against unauthorized use. In addition, in the event of unauthorized use, we may immediately revoke the license. In the event of license expiration, the user must cease using the license (including but not limited to destroying any physical media containing the " EdKara Properties "), with retroactive effect on past use.
